Perhaps I am wrong but you appear to be selling everyone down the path of "you are at the mercy of BBIG" as your "best or only option" where past experiences with Toad have ended up in tears. Perhaps its just my perception and Toad has a complete change of heart and business drive.
You definitely have a few eating out of the palm of your hand. Just my opinion that's all.
At the end of the day everyone makes their own decisions and posts what they like.
