Had a look at what blokes has just posted, you cannot underestimate the significance of this.

This is not a proposal, it will become law in the very near future, the infrastructure in the UK at present cannot adequately support this, they will need to throw lots of dollars at it to make it work , I bet the doctors will also demand this.

Draw your own conclusions, especially as the annual NHS spend is in the region of $250 billion dollars.

Now, Tomi, if this is coming into law in the UK, do you still reckon that such measures are unlikely to occur in this country...I note you've not posted a reply to my question a couple of weeks ago as to whether anyone had any better ideas to improve the whole training package, would be interested in your views.
