Okay full disclosure I bought plp last year and put it in a drawer and been vaguely reading announcement.
But just looool. How sad for LIT. First they try to sue then they try to buy. If u have rights to the tech then you wouldn't place a bid to buy the company with the rights. Just embarrassing.
