Oggy, the BOD allocated all 3 milestones to themselves. 4 million each in 2014 and 2 million each in 2015. I think Hammond was hired after these original performance milestones were set in place, so perhaps he was allocated his 2 million under the Employee Share Option Plan (ESOP)?!?
