I mean the Saudis, Exxon, Shell, the coal barons, Halliburton, the Russian oligarchs etc.
There are a lot more than them who might be sceptical dexter but I think some of those you named support greenhouse gas theory. The coal industry stands to collect big time from government investment in clean coal projects by supporting greenhouse and Big Oil has invested heavily in alternative energy projects so they will be in a position to profit from any future changes. The Saudis have so much money it is coming out their ears and have huge investments all over the world in hotels, retailing etc and do nothing at home as they import nearly all their domestic workers from the third world. So why should they care dexter ?
