You're also expecting overnight success.. I suggest u venture over back to PLS where they're onto a good thing I hear.
There is nothing stopping this venture scaling and partnering with anyone, even BHP itself, to get to the levels many are anticipating over the next 5-10 years, if ur in it for the long term.
