Let's not get bogged down in "my company is better than yours" because they are both very good companies, and both will be very profitable to all holders.

Lets instead think about how amazing it will be when the takeover does happen. The new Paladin would surely be one of the best U plays in the world, if not the best. Not only would they be able to take advantage of current U prices by being a U producer, but they will also have a very prospective long term future with some of the best tenements in the world.

IMO chances are that the takeover will go ahead, probably around $7-$8 would be a pretty fair price, then personally i think that we could easily shoot past ERA sp levels and settle around BHP's mark of $27-$30.

It really doesn't matter who needs who more because let's face it PDN needs SMM and SMM needs PDN and together they will be amazing.

I hold both SMM and PDN but I can see it being better for all holders of both stocks if we do join as it will add so much in so many areas and contribute greatly to the future of what i think will be the best and biggest U co. in times to come.
