as i said PDN already owns 50% of SMM, since the announcement of the t/o appr 7% of SMM holders have sold..............as far as i remember on the 1st day of the pending t/o SMM shares went up by appr. $1.32.....isnt that a good price for SMM........ also PDN being a producer..........with cashflow commencing very shortly after their first delivery in namibia........IMHO....please DYOR.......
