PDN does not own half of SMM as you well know.
They might own 50% of 2 of many deposits that Summit owns if they win the court case.
SMM deposits are larger than anything PDN owns in Africa without the threat that some day those countries might nationalize the mining industry leaving PDN with zero. IMHO.
