CS are not legally entitled to buy stock yet as underwriters. Look what happened to GS recently. As to the delist timetable. That TZL is delisting is a given. That they are now leaving the All Ords is announced. The purpose of the GM in 3 weeks is to consolidate the shares in advance of the float (and associated delist). This will take 4-5 weeks to pass legals. The actual date at which CS make the offer for our shares is unknown but the process has already started. Whether it takes 2 weeks or 2 months, the offer is looming. Yes we have to agree to the delist/float. As 60% of the stock is now held in the top 20, and this has always been the principal intention of the company, the chance of that being successful is 100%. I never said the sp would rise to $1.30 in advance of the delist offer over the next 2 weeks. What I said, or thought I said was that the delist offer should be around that figure, an offer that will be made in writing to us. What I said was that the price is likely to be suppressed to avoid exuberance in advance of the official offer. The process involved in officially making the offer has already commenced. The time it takes to have a copy of the offer in our hands could of course be a couple of months away but the process will effectively establish the inevitable outcome of delist/refloat. The profit will be made in the refloat as the acquisition and associated pr/info becomes clear to CS clients that an average NASDAQ pe applied to the new entity associated with a better statement of forward earnings makes a substantial increase in the current and even delist offer price likely. As I said, I hope to be exited from the ASX by June but the process has now commenced.
