Hi

Was just trying to do some research on MNM (New to it)

The past directors had substantial holding.

But the current directors, from my feeble understanding of Coy reports (Commsec) do not seem to hold any direct shares.

1 out of 4 Directors has indirect shares ( hows that different to direct shares ?) , and only 2.5 Mill

If my above understanding is correct, then what is their personal incentive to perform ?,

or their loss, if the SP falls ?
