Plenty of dual holders here that could do that also, i'm not going to waste my or MZN's time, I believe nothing is happening with the ASIC.
There is a big different in me saying something I've heard, (remember Perth is a small place) versus you saying that since the ASIC didn't give me an answer either way, it must mean there is a case going on and they can't answer any questions about it.

My opinion for the purpose of this thread is that this will be settled before it goes to court.
