Great job by Johnson and co here, takes over Conto takes the cash plus vend shares, other directors get vend in shares, crash the sp for a couple of years, issue to themselves at below shell value, intercompany/private loans with no explanation most of the time between SXX/DTR/Baghdadi/Johnson and the pump artist in on the act Rosenberg behind many a QBL pump with Gleneagles. A great insiders stock....
