Guys I seriously doubt any of you that make these comments have any idea of how companies and buying times works. Firstly when ever a deal is close like this and a decision pending the company is in a black out period in which they can no buy. It has little to do with a result pending it is more about the current progress of a project. There is no way he could buy on market today with a decision being made Monday. If its favourable then he goes to jail for insider trading.
I am hoping that the Management of this company is smarter than this.
IMO no news for weeks to come.
