Hardly a good suggestion considering that JBM has ADDED 29 cents to go above $15 (so far) today whereas MRE is still down by the 45 cent dividend.

That's not to say that I have suddenly become a convert to JBM, it's just to illustrate how irrational is the trading in MRE.

Nevertheless, I said that I would not sell one damn share and I haven't. (And that goes for shares other than MRE in my portfolio).

I will hold until MRE soars again. It's just a matter of time.
