If there is a takeover, then how will APG management view it? Will they give it the nod at say 30 cents or not?

I am hoping for more, as the company has a lot of potential to earn a good income stream with these technologies in the mining industry. It does not really matter to me what profits you are looking at now - if you bought shares for 1.5, 2 or even 15 cents etc. It all boils down to what is a reasonable offer, and I do not personally believe 30 cents is fair value.
