They already told the public that a household name would be signing in December or February. If they smiled and winked and said we'll send over the paperwork then yes, one would think 'insider trading', but lets give the benefit of the doubt. I don't think PC needs to do insider trading with $11k worth of shares. Perhaps they did the pitch and then went on to business as usual and are awaiting an answer like the rest of us.
