Thanks Earnie for the explanation. It makes sense even though it conflicts with your earlier post.

The stars have lined up for me except for one thing that is not so good.
1)APG is going off!
2) I think I have sold my farm!
3) For last year I have no more tax to pay and will get a refund!

All good! The only dodgy thing is my son is in East Timor and not prepared to leave just yet.

Anyway there must be many smiling faces out there in the APG followers.

Good things will come!
