what worries me is this- is it possible that this mob are privy to info before we have access to it?

that is something the ASX should address with urgency as we here on HC are playing with 'stacked cards'.

ps- the "cloud" merging will not save Nextgen profit margins, so the SP will tank as usual towards results.
