Unfortunately, you don't get it either. The cost of electricity generation for coal and nuclear is roughly the same, about 3c/kWh. All the rest is distribution. The daily cost should be about $4, plus 3c/kWh. Of course, there'd be no incentives to save power then and every incentive to be off the grid leaving the burden for everyone else to pick up.
