Let me try to address your responses.

The largest holder sold down. Yes, so what? It's called business and making money. He may have sold knowing that this may be a longer play than some here seem to think and used the price move as an opportunity. Strangely, he also bought a heap of stock in a shell that I think MIGHT be used, if my line of thinking is close to the mark.

WW told you it was a serious and legitimate offer. Yes, he would have to tell you that. But if it was so serious, why wasn't a Purchase Contract signed and not just a LOI, keeping in mind a LOI is the same as a MOU.

Part of the reason for this action to replace them is lack of communication/ That's why I have to write a speculative post.
True, lots of non communication over the LOI but that's probably all. Everything else is generally well reported and restrained, something that many have admired in KJ over the years. He's never been a PUMP styled MD.

Nobody knows what they are trying to do. Correct, but maybe for a good reason. I merely brought up a possible scenario, which, when I think about it even more, I really like.

Nothing's ever black and white, Andy. You'll learn that after many years of following the stock market. I'm not being a smart arse but have seen stuff in the market that would spin your head. I worked for an ASX 200 company and learnt from the masters of the curve ball and body swerve! So, never say never.

I know my responses wont convince you that nothing is going on. I DON'T know if anything is going on.....however I do have my suspicions.
