If I ran Westralia I would make the Supreme Court's judgements & Directions subject to the requirements of the Stock Exchange which I expect demand timely disclosure.
Well may the Supreme Court have a point of view, I'm no expecrt on the law, but I know what I don't like.

Yes I don't like it! I don't think it is RIGHT for decisions and directions to be unavailable in market sensitive matters until they are put onto the web some time later.
Or is it just me that is (over) sensitive?
