You're right, nothing new here and probably won't be anything else new when they release their next note following review.
Still, you can't completely factor dilution into a share price and that's why people aren't flooding in to buy at 26c. IF significant dilution happens at a far lower SP than current, their point of existing shareholder equity being worth close to nothing is feasible. Time will tell.
