Yup, thats my view. They have had enough time to sort their sh*t out. They seem to drip feed bad news without materially accomplishing anything more positive. The only positive out of this latest report is they have reached a settlement with the class action ambulance chasers.... of course we are paying for it but covered by insurance.

What I find extremely disappointing is they dont seem to be extracting any value from the PFS wind-down. The finesse is a great product yet Sanofi or Hikma arent falling over themselves to grab the IP. Very disappointing.

I've lost count of how many counterparties that now have this company's future in their hands.... by the way, the very accountable and integrity-filled John Ryan hasnt even mentioned a CC time yet (normally held next week)....
