Clarification of the situation quickly is now vital. I've emailed the company to see if they can provide any indication of the timeframe required to assess the impact of this situation and will provide any response (if any, haha) here.
It's a real shame an otherwise positive announcement has come with a cloud of uncertainty now hovering.
