Not so sure. I haven't seen many examples of people winning an appeal against an African government myself. I'm just happy the drills are on the way.
I will take the knockers seriously one day when they actually return to admit they got it wrong which is something that never happens. It's early days here and it's the risk factor that values it where it is. That is part of investing.
