RE: "In specie distibution of NUP shares & eligibility"
Have been in contact with PR firm handling enquiries regarding de-merg. & at the moment the hold up (from aru' side) seems to of an unspecified nature to do with legal issues & consequently the stall of the process.All ARU staff unavailable-in Darwin I was informed.
There could be an issue regarding ambiguity & to the point of contradiction in definitional wording between "NUP Prospectus document" & ARU document "Notice of gen.meeting & explanatory memorandum to shareholders"
These two(2) documents are the "The Bible" if you will for the de-merg process & details.
My reading of the TWO separate docs. not only shows ambiguity But clear contradiction as to- "definitions stated by both separate docs.-in terms of "Elegibility criteria for NUP share entitlement".
" THESE are ONLY my personal interpretations".
Are there any ARU holders with legal qualifications or who have presented these docs for legal veting & advice?
