Looking at the chart for ARG it peaked at $8.90 in early February. I suspect as a result of people buying for the rights issue. Since then it has been on a downward run. Will it hang around the $7.60 area or go lower yet?
The other question I have is having a PE of 25 and div yield of 3%, is that exspensive for a stock like ARG? A PE so high implies a growth stock. Looking at it another way who would be buying ARG for a yield of 3%.
Any thoughts would be most welcome.
