I was asked to substantiate this post by HC Mods so I will put up here my findings on the issue.

In the agreement announcement posted to ASX on Jun 8, 2015 titled "LWP SIGNS ONGOING CONSULTANCY AGREEMENT WITH SIEGFRIED KONIG"
We can see that Siegfried term of the appointment is for a period of three years with the option of an extension for a
further three years. If Siegfried would get fired from his position is would be a break of contract and its terms on behalf of LWP Technology and would automatically put Siegfried in the position by the courts to take three years pay leave.

He has a pay of $285,000 a year and plus superannuation payable at 9.5%

$285,000 a year ×3 years =$855,000 thousand dollars +9.5% superannuation would total a sum of $936,225

If anyone can correct me please feel free to help me see the light All IMO
