Montec..........a takover of a company is based in two parts.

1....the subject takeover company is making money and will be accretive to the acquirers bottom line.

2....the takeover company offers synergies either through technology and or distribution to which an acquirer can use or piggy back on.

    Senetas offers NONE.

It is losing money......so has no accretive possibilities to an acquirer.

You and others have stated JD is "building" sales channels now which will take anything up to 2 years to be worth anything if at all.

Senetas has NO distribution or significant partnership arrangement of any value.

The Senatas outlook as a corporate entity at best is less then rosy.

and finally........the largest shareholder would NOT be seeling shares at 26c IF there was any possibility of a takeover.

FG might be many things........silly is not one of them.

Dream all you like...but i do recall you telling EVERYONE

SEN was a bargain at 62c........and all the way down to 17.5c said the same.

The facts show you have been wildly incorrect at every call.

SEN at its current price is wildly overvalued.

And IMO....SEN is NO chance of being taken over.

Its first hurdle i t has to overcome is finding enough money to pay the bills.

Watch for a capital raising next and at sub 20c!!!!!
