Hang on there...isn't it true that for a NASDAQ listing a company must have a very big liquidity balance? If so, then a CR is on track as part of the successful listing journey. So yes, the aim might be to interact and inform the more tech oriented US market of the proposed Nasdaq listing, but that doesn't mean a CR is not going to happen, it probably will as part of that eventual goal.
