"What happens with the rights I see they expire today??"
They stopped trading today.
If you were alloted rights by ARG and still hold them, you simply pay according to the form they sent you (BPAY or cheque etc).
If you bought rights on-market, you have to send your Brokers confirmation note and a cheque ($7.20 per right) to ARG (they do their own registry)
