Are people totally stupid? The longer that SMM is in a halt, the more likely it's looking that PDNs holding will resolve short term debt issue AND we will have surplus cash in the bank. Can't believe that any shareholders would be so ignorant as to not be aware of this. The debt issue is the only reason that PDN is not trading at $5. With that resolved there's no ceiling to the share price.
