There is too much uncertainty and lack of clarity on how their debt will be handled and what their H1 accounts look like, and the potential solutions many have alluded to and the media has speculated on, despite the mass denial of their likelihood on this forum and in your recent post, if they were to eventuate imo none pose well for the SP and therefore existing holders.

However I always look for bargains and undervalued companies, that is off course a matter of opinion, and imo if SGH were to provide clarity on its debt and its financials, it may warrant a second look, until then I am asking the question out of curiosity.

Even though I dont currently hold I have had a position in SGH 3 times since Aug 2015. These were pure TA plays and short-term trades, looking back I was lucky to get out a little infront.

IMO, SGH wont provide an opportunity to get in cheap once clarity is there.
