I don't think that capper is done accumulating and I don't blame him/her. The potential is huge and you can see why when there have many cobalt runners in the past 2 weeks. Most of the others started from a lower base than AYR but seem to run up just past the $20M MC. So the equivalent for AYR would be 2c but first target would be to close the gap. There would most likely be a few stale holders from 1.3c to 1.7c when they were exploring Horse Well in July last year.
