Say NO to TO!, page-84

In theory it should be a winner. However LIT taking over LPD reeks. It reeks of deception. Why is there no current test results for SL? Why is there no response to LPD counterclaim due 23 Dec? Why a TO now before the trial? Why if SL is so good do they need LMax. LIT does not need to pay $24M for the projects we have (there is many good ones in the market place now for next to nothing). This "better combined company" is more like big bully LIT pulling the rug out of LPD so that they (LIT) can have a soft landing. LIT has to clarify its position with its potential clients. The potential clients have asked LIT to verify that they have no issues with licenses, with patent breaches and performance of SL. These are proving to be hard to clarify beyond doubt. Hence the easiest way out is to do the TO. This is a totally different reason for the TO than in the notice. So if someone is being deceptive now, are they going to do so in the future?
LPD do not have these problems. So why should we inherit them? I can't see AG and GJ kissing and making up. If they can't, then what both LIT have and LPD have, will dissipate.

Hard rock miners will continue to go down the traditional roasting method until an alternative is proven to work and work efficiently and economically by somebody else. LIT is largely on their own with spodumene.

Mica is different. LIT has got SL for SPOD and testing shows it is good for mica. LMax is for micas and producing excellent results. Can SL match or better LMax in the mica field in the areas of quality, yield, cost and back end credits and waste? If not then SL is doomed under any DD.

So ask yourself "what if the TO does not go ahead, what will happen" The court case will proceed. It needs to because LIT needs the clarity the court will provide if they win. Now ask "what if LIT loses the court case?" LIT has every thing to lose.
