When the detailed notes on how to uncomplicate a complication are in themselves complicated, one is indeed faced with complexity. Realistically, how could the average investor cast a vote here on a " I understand EXACTLY what you are doing basis , why and the ultimate impact thereof". One needs a Phd in logic, philosophy, advanced financial modelling and financial products to be a knowledgeable PAC investor. Sorry I am a mere Bachelor of Commerce with mostly subject passes...I chose a pass over a distinction so as to enjoy the other interesting pursuits of life! I will heed the Buffett mantra and sell because I know bugger all about what this company does and to whom through what.
