The company reported that they exceeded the prospectus minimum of 25,000,000 shares on 19 February 2015 (effective date 24/02/15 I guess). They raised $5,062,236 at 20 cents a share. Must be those?
Option conversion cost anywhere from 20 to 40 cents.
