I'm pretty new myself at HC.
With the $22 quote per tonne for storing PASS, do you have details about the way it was going to be stored?
Was it going to be just dumped, or treated with a neutralising agent or stored under water.
I have a feeling that costs for storing PASS relate directly to the manner in which it it treated.
I would be grateful if you could share any details.
