You will not see it as the reporting of 4c for the qtr is not due... and possibly in the 4D as an accrual

More likely it has been received or about to be today. There is no requirement to report it unless it is deemed material, but then that is a decision of the board to determine that.

I would prefer they did make it know for it will move price one way or another, but I bet the Board will not be of that opinion.
