Poor Optimix, still beating the loud drum of nonsense. Low cost/benefit ratio is because of the low chance of court success.
EVEN IF CMQ wins, the court case had revealed executives who hatched sale contracts to hide the real situation, told shareholders it achieved a great sale price by hiding the true price through shams; telling shareholders it had dispatched container loads of goods to SA without stating they were destined for storage at great costs to CMQ; the chemeq product has a very short shelf life and trying to sell a product way above the price of competitors.
The crux of CMQ ill health is poor executive management (pleaded guilty to poor corporate governance), less than honest asx announcements; history of executives sticking their hands in the cookie jar despite a plunging share price; and a product that is not selling.
