I don't think that,
Back then last year they didn't have 16 mil dollars cash sitting in bank. Also they are gold/lithium company with 100mt target. Numbers, cash, reserves all looks good. Market just has been sleeping on this share. This will take off randomly some days with no news up to 4-5 cents just because institution will be interested and will keep buying. Just a recall that they did CR at 5 cents not long ago.
