    Hi Deidre,

Here's the funny thing, I cannot seem to seem to get my head around. Why did Intec wait until Guang Ye approached Jervois and the MOU was released to the ASX before approaching Jervois?
I had a good look at the 'Intec Nickel Process' & I must say its amazing stuff. I'm pretty sure Duncan thinks the same. Sulphuric acid is added to the laterite with Calcium Chloride to form Calcium Sulphate with Hydrochloric acid. The Hydrochloric acid then leaches the nickel out of the laterite. This isnt even the good bit. The good bit is with Intec's INP there no longer is the need for pyrohydrolysis (acid recycling) due to calcium based alkali used for purification.

Problem is it really needs to be trialed on Young's laterites and from the data released, it was trialed on laterites from WA which were 1.17% Ni, which is quite a bit higher than the Young laterites. Either way, Intec must be pretty confident it will work otherwise they wouldnt buy up 15% of the company.

Regardless, All of this is good for Jervois because this INP is patented and increases the likelyhood of anyone be it Guang Ye or Jinchuan actually putting $300M on the table & finaly turning $30 billion worth of dirt into a $30 billion company.
