Thats the whole point why were the applications done now fully knowing that the applications will be rejected and re submitted several times as standard practice without the permits you can't start a mine can you? Judging by NMT and GXY this can take upto 14 months pushing out any reasonable time frame for December 2017 so if they had any want to get this off the ground there would be several companies that could of been engaged earlier to get these permits applied for at an earlier datemail. My point is this company could of been light years ahead if the right management was in place. They couldn't even get a BOA in a simple form causing massive dilution to get rid of the legal issues.
