given the scandal over windimurra, there should now be a full inquiry into why and how the state government was cajoled into providing more than 30 million bucks of assistance for a project that xstrata claim should never have been built.
we can now be more inclined to accept statements from xstrata about windimurra being a dog, as corruption clouds any evidence to the contrary.
