I agree with you entirely of this "goodwill" value.
This is because in the DOE agreement in which US DOE sells the depleted uranium tails to Silex. The quantity is equivalent to a substantial quantity of uranium, which is about 200,000 million ton at a cheap price. Basing on this quantity, Silex is already a substantial uranium miner. Also, Silex has avoided lots of operating costs, such as, exploration costs, mining costs and uranium extraction costs etc. In this respect, I firmly believe that Silex is very very under valued at present.
