AS with any spec you make squillions or lose squillions. Having said that, overly optimistic posts and pessimistic posts have not been based on hard evidence. The only evidence to date is late reporting by GDN on progress. Don't forget the upper levels have shown indications of oil/gas. Leadville, maybe a duster or may not. So basically its still a punt for the golden egg.
