Moosey, At the moment there isn't really a good way for global X to invest in GLE (except to invest in Cameco, which they are doing already in a big way). The Hitachi and GE parts are planning to sell out (or sell down) before any uranium is sold, which leaves Silex or Cameco as the only ways to get exposure to the new uranium supply.
Also won't Silex get a share (7%+) of the sales, not a share of the profits. When that was pointed out to me in November it certainly changed my valuation of the company upwards significantly.
