    Good morning it's great to see AVB getting some of the attention it deserves, it's great to see positive movement and I am really looking forward to more announcements.
    Good luck to all, especially long term holders
    There's one thing I need some info on as I have not been on the AVB thread quite so often of late so I am a tad out of the loop.
    I have seen finance approval mentioned ?
    What did I miss ? why do we need finance ?
    Any replies greatly appreciated
