There is a Sell Order for 600,000 @ 15c that appears & dissappears most day. Not necessarily at same time - so a bit random. It makes a big difference to Buy/Sell Volumes & Balances.
Why would you bother? Even if its to give the impression that there is more selling than buying, it's pretty irrelevant at 15c when the SP is around 6c.
